Honoring the Last Ruling Khalifah of Islam

Sultan Abdul Hamid Khan (Jannat Mekan), he was the only one that really cares about the whole ummat. When majority of the leaders of the Muslims they have betrayed, they have betrayed the Ottomans, they have betrayed the Khilafat and they are running after western ideologies, and they have left the sunnats, he was one man, for 33 years holding the empire together, holding the ummat together.  That he showed his love and he showed his care, like the Prophets they did. That he was caring for the ummat, and he was showing his care at the time when all the wolves was surrounding the empire and they were tearing the empire apart. He sent his care and he sent his love, and he sent his kindness, all the way to Indonesia, all the way to China, everywhere especially pushing towards  the Muslims of the East, because at that time unfortunately the Muslims of the west they were going back to their own jahiliyah, and they were putting nationalism above the ummati Muhammad (asws). So, they betrayed..

He was one man. And he stepped down. He stepped down. Have you heard of any Khalifa stepping down? Yes, one. Who was that? which Khalifa stepped down? Hazreti Osman did not step down. Hazreti Osman when they threatened to take his life, and one of them was a son through a different mother, of Hz Abu Bakr, who came to Islam later, that one was grabbing his white beard and was about to stab him when he was reading the Quran e-Kerim and he says, ‘O my son, if only your father can see it, what are you going to say?’ he woke up, he dropped the knife and he went away from there. But there was one Khalifa that stepped down. Why? He stepped down so that there’s not going to be a civil war, a bloodshed amongst the ummat. That was Hz Hasan.

This Khalifa, he stepped down. He could have fought. He could have fought. Because it is not in the nature of the Khalifa to step down from that position that Allah has put, you understand? His honor is not demanding that. His honor says, ‘I rather die defending rather than to step down.’ Why did he step down? Yes, it is to prevent the bloodshed. But he also step down because that was the Holy Order from the Holy Prophet (asws). He stepped down, obeying that hadiths e-Sharif, in the time when even the Sheykh-ul Islam of the empire, there was a mason, there’s so many of the top level they’ve already sold out. He stepped down. And a few days ago, there was his Urs. I’m wondering how many Muslims remember him. I’m wondering how many Muslim countries remember our last ruling Khalifa.

People are saying that he managed to delay the decline of the Ummat for some time. He didn’t delay the decline of the ummat. He stopped the ummat from plunging into that bloodbath.  But now, we are in that bloodbath. Because we have forgotten about those whom Allah loves and who loves Allah. Everyone is concern, to say, ‘that one loves Allah, we must run to him. That one loves Allah, we must run to him.’ But there are those  whom Allah loves and those ones they are in a completely different list. And now, because the ummat has fallen deeper and deeper into that hole, and has forgotten with every year, it’s as if one hundred years have passed that they have forgotten the teachings of the Holy Prophet (asws), inventing a new religion by themselves. The laknat that is coming to this nation, it is the combine laknat from Hz Adam (as) to 124 000 Prophets that came whose nation disobeyed and the curse that falls to those nations is falling on us now. It’s not falling on us now because Allah is putting that on us. It’s falling on us now because we are pulling that. Because we have become disobedient, more disobedient than all the nations that have come before. All the wrong disobedience of the earlier nations, this nation right now is committing openly.

We are nothing. We are no one. We don’t have big organisations or  titles or governments  or regimes or ideologies supporting us. We are a few gharib people in this very strange world, very strange time living on top of a mountain, following the way, one person, our Sheykh SahibulSaif Sheykh Abdul Kerim el Kibrisi el Rabbani, walking alone without any support. But Alhamdulillah, we have Allah. We have His Prophet (asws), we have our Sheykh. That is enough for us. And if we die in this way like this, we are happy. We are very happy. Because  we don’t want anything from this world. We have given up from this world. We are understanding what it is. That’s why we are coming here. We don’t have any hope for this world.

So insyaAllah ar-Rahman, for the sake of Ulul Hakan Sultan Abdul Hamid Khan Jannat Mekan, may he accept a little Maulid from us, insya’Allah. In his honor, we are going to recite it in Turkish, we are going to recite it in  Bosnian. Whoever that is here, representing some of the Empire, may recite it in their language, may it be accepted.
