Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Alamin wasalutu wasalamu ala rasulina Muhammadin wa’ala alihi wa sahbihi ajmain.
All praises are due to Allah swt, He who is the First and the Last. He who is manifest, and is Hidden. All praises are due to Allah swt, the Creator of the Universes. All praises are due to Allah who created the sun and the moon, and set them into their orbits. All praises are due to Allah swt who created the children of Adam, to know Him and to worship Him.All praises are due to Allah swt who sent the most honoured one in Divine Presence Sayyidinna Muhammad salallahu alaihi wasallam as a perfect guide and a mercy to the universes.
And may all peace and blessings be upon the Holy Prophet, Muhammad (asws). All peace and blessings and salutations upon the Imam of the messengers, the seal of Prophethood, the light of Guidance, the most perfect in creation, the beloved of Allah; Sayidinna Habibullah (asws).
May all peace and blessings be upon he who said on his birth, and when he left this earth and when he rises on the Day of Judgement, ‘Ummati, Ummati; O My nation, O My nation.’ And may peace and blessings be upon his family and his companions. Peace and blessings upon the Khulafa el-Rashideen; Hz Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, Hz Umar Al-Farouk, Hz Usman Al-Ghani, and Hz Ali Al-Murtada (radiallah ta’ala alaihi ajmain.)
Ayuhal Mukminun, Eid Mubarak! O Believers, a Blessed Eid! Today we have entered into the Day of Happiness, the Day of Joy. Today is the day that the Holy Prophet (asws) is saying, ‘every nation, they have a celebration. And this Eid, is our celebration.’
For the one who kept the month of Ramazan properly, and with true faith, then this day must be a celebration. Because Holy Prophet is saying, ‘whoever fasted the month of Ramazan out of sincere faith and hoping for a reward from Allah swt, then all his past sins will be forgiven. And whoever stood for the prayers in the night of Qadr, out of sincere faith and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his previous sins will be forgiven.’ So today is a day of celebration. For those who ran in the way of Allah in the month of Ramazan and they stepped on their ego, today is a celebration for those who did not just keep their stomach empty in the month of Ramazan, but those who filled themselves with obedience, submission and mohhabat to Allah swt.
Holy Prophet (asws) is saying that through the sunnah, that we must run to keep this day Holy as a celebration. We must run to put on new clothes, to eat together, to perfume ourselves, to visit each other and to give gifts. Today is our Bayram. Today, is our celebration. But for the one who benefited of the meaning of Ramazan and who kept the true faith, the one who is a real Believer, he must have a feeling inside his heart that is going to balance his celebration. Because the month of Ramazan is there to make us feel for the ummat, for the beloved ummat of the Holy Prophet (asws). It is supposed to make us feel for our brothers and sisters who are suffering.
This month of Ramazan, we stay hungry for a few hours in the day so that we can just get a taste of those in the ummat who everyday, they are starving without food. And today, when we put on our new clothes, when we sit with our families and our children, and when we celebrate this day in safety and in security, we must remember our brothers and sisters who are being oppressed, who are being persecuted, who are going through tyranny, who have no food to eat and no clothes to wear. Because for the ones who is fasting in Ramazan, it entered into his heart. He must have cultivated that feeling. He must have that feeling. His heart must be awake. His heart must turn soft for the nation of the Prophet (asws). And that is a sign of a follower of the Prophet.
Our Prophet (asws) is saying, ‘the Believers, in their love for each other, in their Mercy for each other, and in their compassion for each other, they are like one body. If one organ complain, the rest of the body develops a fever.’ So, O Believers, in this day of celebration, do not forget your brothers and sisters in this nation of the Prophet. Allah swt is saying to the Believers in the Holy Quran, ‘Don’t you think? Why don’t you think?’
O Believers, when we see the Ummat of the Prophet (asws) in this lowest position that it is in now, in this humiliation, we must ask ourselves, why is this happening? What is the cause? What is the reason? And quickly we will see that the reason for the suffering of the ummati Muhammad is that we did not want to be under the authority of the shadow of Allah swt on the earth. Because Holy Prophet (asws) is saying, ‘the Sultan, he is the shadow of Allah upon the Earth. The weak, they will take protection with him. And with him, those who are oppressed, they are given victory.’ Whoever honours the Sultan of Allah in the world, Allah will honour him in the Day of Judgement.
So almost one hundred years ago, the ummati Muhammad, we, all of us, dishonored their Sultan. We do not want our Khalifah. We said that we do not want a head, and since that time there is not refuge for the weak. There is no protection. There is no victory for the oppress. The ummati Muhammad, that once had honour from East to West, from Spain to China, from the Balkans to the furthest part of Africa, we now had become humiliated and degraded. Because the Sultan, the Khalifah, he is the head that keeps the Jama’at together and without the Jama’at, there is no Islam. Because Holy Prophet (asws) is saying, ‘whoever separates the size of a palm from the Jamaat and then dies, his death will be the death of a jahiliyyah.’ Whoever removes, separates himself from the Sultan, from the Khalifah even in the span of a hand and when he dies, he dies as if it is a time of Jahiliyyah. He will die a jahil.
O Believers, what was the jamaat of our masters, the Sahabi e-Kiram? That when the Muhajirun, they migrated from Mecca to Medina, the Ansar who were living in Medina took them as their brothers and they gave them from whatever was their own, whatever was their wealth, their property, their food, they gave the best to their brothers because they were running to live the hadiths of the Holy Prophet that is saying, ‘none of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.’
Today, we are drowning in selfishness. Not looking even at the brother next to us, or the sister next to us and understanding that he has a need. Ramazan is teaching us to sacrifice from our selves. To give to others, to help our brothers and sisters in the faith and to help the whole nation. And in these days, we cannot simply sit in our own happiness and comfort without feeling the pain of those who are under oppression. And it is safe to say that the whole ummat is under oppression these days. From East to West and North to South, entire communities, nations, they are under oppression. And Allah is showing to us the punishment that this ummat is getting because the nation is punishing itself.
We are taught the prayer of Hz Yunus (a.s); La ilaha illa anta Subhanaka inni kuntu min az-Zalimeen. La ilaha illa anta; there is no God but You, Subhanaka inni kuntu min az-Zalimeen; Praise, Glory be to You and I am one of the oppressors.
For 1400 years, Muslims are taught this prayer, to say it to themselves. They are taught this prayer in Masjids. They are taught this prayers in communities, in nations. The whole empire, it was ringing with this Zikr of La ilaha illa anta Subhanaka inni kuntu min az-Aalimeen. Because they are understanding that if we commit tyranny to ourselves, we will not stop tyranny to others. Zalim, zulm, begins from you, from us, from the inside. And now we see zulm, tyranny in the whole Islamic world. In the whole world. We see tyranny in the air. We see tyranny in the waters. We see tyranny on the earth. Man has become a tyrant because they have forgotten this prayer. Because the imams they are not teaching this prayer. Because they are not concentrating on the tyranny that we are committing to ourselves, and we are seeing innocent people, innocent men, women and children, the old ones, the ones who are unprotected they are being tyrannize. The ones who are innocent, they are being tyrannized. And the ummat, is not gaining honour and value by this tyranny and we are not standing up for this tyranny and we are not speaking against to this tyranny.
Yes, we love the Holy Prophet (asws). Yes, we must sing his praises in his Mevlids everyday, but understand who he loves most. He did not say, ‘my family, my family.’ He did not say, ‘my companions, my companions.’ He said, ‘O my Ummat,O my Ummat.’ And those who are following in the footsteps of the Prophets (asws), they must stand up for the Ummat. Who is going to stand up for the Ummat?
The one who is representing the Prophet is going to stand up. The Khalifah is going to stand up. And now, in the name of standing up, we see so much more tyranny that is happening. So much more oppression that is happening. Because Muslims now, they are thinking, ‘let me take the Quran. And let me read the Quran. And let me interpret the Quran. Let me make new rulings from the Quran. Let me make meaning from the Quran. Let me teach this meaning to the Quran,’ and they are not basing anything of that knowledge from the Tabi’in Tabi’in, from the Tabi’in, from the companions of the Prophet back to the Prophet (asws). They have cut that line.
The tyranny exist, and insyaAllah ar-Rahman in these days of celebration, we must make it a strong intention that we get rid of the tyranny from our hearts. If you are not showing proper respect to the month of Ramazan, you have tyranny. If you are not showing proper respect to the Eid, you have tyranny, you are a tyrant and if you are not having mercy and compassion to the younger ones, you are a tyrant and if you are continuing to backbite and to slander and to gossip and to speak without knowing where that word is going to reach you, you are tyrant. And the tyrant, tyranny it is forbidden for them to enter into the Paradise.
Ramazan, teaches us how to step on that tyranny. Because the tyranny gets its energy from sheytan. The tyranny gets its energy from the ego. And Ramazan is teaching us how to step on our ego, how to put a veil between us and our desires. How to put a veil between us and this world. Allah, Allah, Ramazan is teaching us Tarikat. Ramazan is teaching us the four enemies of the man: his Nafs, Sheytan, Hawa and Dunya. If you practice that and if you hold that strongly to get rid of them in the month of Ramazan then you will understand and this world must become a better place the next year. Must be.
Today is the day of Eid. It is a day of celebration. We must make this day to be a day of renewing our intention to our Lord, because Allah, He has created us for a purpose and a reason. It is to know Him, to serve Him, to worship Him.On this day of Eid, after the month of Ramazan, when we step on our ego, our intention should not be to fall back into the slavery of sheytan and our ego. Our intention, it has to be to live our lives, to make our breath for the sake of our Lord, Allah swt. We should be ready to run, to be part of the jamaat that is running after Allah swt, the part of the jamaat that is running after the Holy Prophet (asws), part of the jamaat that is running after the Khilafat, part of the jamaat that is running after Sultan ul-Awliya, part of the jamaat that is running after SahibulSaif.
Hold on firmly to the rope of Allah and do not separate. We must make dua and we must ask and beg our Lord in these days to help our brothers and our sisters who are under suffering. And we must understand that the honour and the dignity will only return to this ummat when the Khilafat and the Sultanat, it comes back to the Ummati Muhammad. And that is why we are asking our Lord, Allah, on this day of Eid’ul Fitr together in one voice: Ya Rabbi, send us a Khalifah. Ya Rabbi, send us a Sultan. We are asking our Lord to send us those ones who love Him and He loves them to be our Head. We are asking for that one who is a saviour of the whole world, who will bring back the honour of the ummat, who is a rescuer of the End of Times, Sayyidna Hazreti Mahdi alaihi salam to come soon. We are asking for his takbir to be called soon. And We are asking our Lord Allah swt to make us to be ready for that and to make us to be from the jamaat who will be amongst his helpers, to be from amongst those ones who are going to hold and bear his flags, who will from the ones that will bring honour and glory back to Islam.
For the sake of the Holy Prophet (asws). For the sake of Sultanu ul-Awliya Sheykh Mevlana Muhamamd Nazim adil Haqqani, for the sake of our Sheykh SahibulSaif Sheykh Abdul Kerim Qibrisi al-Rabbani .
