All praises are due to Allah, the Lord of the Universes. All praises are due to Allah, who made constellations in the skies and placed therein a lamp and a moon, giving light. It is He who has made the night and the day to follow each other, for whoever wants to remember or make thankfulness. All praises are due to Allah, who sent His most beloved one, Sayidinna Muhammad (asws) as the Rahmatul lil-Alamin, the mercy to all the universes.
And may all peace and blessings be upon the most honored one in Divine Presence, the intercessor of the sinners, the friend of the strangers, the mercy to the universes, the lamp of the two travelers, the helper of the helpless, the Imam of the two Kiblas, the beloved of the Lord of the two East and the two West, the grandfather of Hasan and Husein, and upon his noble family and blessed companions, especially upon the Khulafa-e-Rashideen, Hz. Siddiq-ul Akbar, Hz. Faruq-ul Azam, Hz. Dhun-nurain, and Hz. Shah e-Mardan, and all those who follow them until the Last Day.
Ya Ayyuhal Mu’minun, O Believers, welcome to you on the day of Eid on Yaumul Jummah. Eid mubarak! Bayramınız mübarek Olsun . Welcome to those who have completed the fasting of the Holy month of Ramazan and are hoping for the pleasure of their Lord. Welcome to those who passed the three Holy months in sincerity, seeking to become the servants of Allah swt.
O Believers, today is our day of joy, our festival day. Today is our Bayram. The Holy Prophet (asws) is saying in his Hadiths e-Shareef, ‘Every nation has a day of joy, and today is our day of joy.’ O believers, the Holy Prophet (asws) is telling us that Allah swt, Allah is addressing His angels in this Eid day, when the Muslims gathered for the Eid prayers and Allah ask the angels, ‘what is the reward for a person who has completed his job?’ The angels answered, ‘it is to receive his payment.’ So Allah swt says, ‘then bear witness that I’m giving My servants My own pleasure and forgiveness in return for their fast and prayers in Ramazan. O My servants, ask for anything you wish from Me today.’ And Allah is swearing, Allah swears, ‘by My Honour and by My Glory, I will grant you whatever you ask.’
And the Holy Prophet (asws) is saying that when the believers walk to the Eid prayers, the angels stand on the road to congratulate them saying, ‘ O believers, walk towards your Lord who is the most generous. He favours you with goodness and gives you great reward. He commanded you to pray during the night and fast during the day. Now that you have obeyed Him, come and receive your reward.’ And when the believers leave from the masjid, the angels say, ‘Allah has forgiven you. Return to your homes with the best of good and glad tidings. This is the day of reward. This day is called the day of reward in Heaven as well.’
So Alhamdulillah, yes, today is the day of Eid and in this day we are hoping that the mercy, the forgiveness and the freedom from the fire have reached to us from our Lord. And we are thankful to our Lord that He gave us the breath of life to pass through the Holy months of Rajab, Shaban, and Ramazan, and to fast in their days and to pray in their nights and to show proper respect to the nights of Raghaib, Mi’raj, Bera’at and Qadir. And we are asking our Lord to accept our weak service and to let us to see this Holy days and Holy nights again. Insya’Allah. Amin.
So today is Bayram. Yes. But for those who believe. Even though today is a joyous day, the believers their hearts are not comfortable. The hearts of the friends of Allah they are not comfortable. Because with the joy of the Eid day, there is a pain that is coming as well. And that pain, it must be in the hearts of the believers. Because the Holy Prophet (asws) is saying in his Hadiths e-Shareef, ‘the Muslim ummah, the nation of Muhammad (asws) is like one body. If the eye is in pain, then the whole body is in pain. And if the head is in pain, then the whole body is in pain.’
In this day of Eid, we must not forget our brothers and sisters. We must not forget them. Because this ummat, it is suffering from East to West. Some people today they divorce themselves from the reality of this dunya, pretending that they are living in a Rose garden and forgetting the conditions of their own brothers and sisters. May we not be from such people. Our hearts must always be connected to our brothers and sisters and we must always be remembering them. Why? Because this is the tradition of the Holy Prophet. This is the sunnat of the Holy Prophet (asws). From the time that he was born until his last breath, he was caring and worrying for his nation, for you and for me. Calling out to his Lord, saying, ‘Ummati, ummati.’ And that ummat, that nation of the Holy Prophet (asws), it is suffering.
Our brothers and sisters in Syria, they are suffering. The little Syrian children they are eating the crumbs from the garbage to survive while the bombs are raining on their heads. Our brothers and sisters in Burma, they are suffering. Those Rohingya Muslims in their homeland at anytime the disbelievers can come into their houses and slaughter them. And when they try to leave, they are floating in the Ocean because there is nobody to help them. Our brothers and sisters in China, they are suffering, that they have been banned by the governments from keeping the fast of Ramazan. But so many they are standing up to that tyranny and if they are caught fasting, they are tortured and killed. Our brothers and sisters in Central Africa are being hunted down and killed everyday by those who call themselves Christians there. And we just pass through twenty years from the day in the war in Bosnia, when more than eight thousand Muslims, men, women and innocent children were slaughtered by their enemies in a few days. And we are looking at the plight of all Muslims everywhere and we are looking at the plight of all believers everywhere, and we are looking at the plight of all mankind everywhere, and we are looking at the plight of this universe, we are looking at the plight of the nature that Allah has created, and we are looking at the plight of this whole creation that Allah swt has left us as His representative, to take care of and those who are given leadership and authority, they have squandered that trust, and we have made a hell in this world!
In these days when we are comfortable in our homes, when our tables are full, when our children and our families are safe, we should not forget our brothers and sisters in this nation who are under a heavy test. In justice, cruelty, zulm, is happening in the world and that is pulling the anger of Allah swt. The Holy Prophet (asws) is saying in his Hadiths e-Shareef, ‘one drop of a believer’s blood, is worth more than the Ka’aba and its surroundings.’ So look at that Hadiths and understand the situation we are in, and this whole world is running top speed into the anger of Allah. In this country, in this Ramazan time, we are seeing that we are falling into the same behavior and corruption of the nation of Lut (as) that made the punishment to come down. We see all over the world that the Bani Adam, the children of Adam are falling into the lowest category that they are abandoning their humanity and that they are becoming worse than animals.
So yes, believers, this is what is happening in this world on this Eid day. We are not those ones who are going to put our heads in the sand and to pretend that everything is okay. We are not those ones who are going to see the fitnah and fasad, the confusion and the corruptions happening in the earth and say that everybody is okay and we cannot judge anybody. We are not those ones who are going to see the commands of Allah swt being broken and to be happy about it. We are Hakkanis. We are Defenders of Truth. And the Hakkanis are always standing for truth. We are the ones who are listening to the commands of Allah swt in the Quran when He says, ‘O you who believe, stand up strongly for justice as witnesses to Allah and even as against yourself or your parents, or your relatives, or whether it is against the rich or the poor. Because Allah can best protect both. Don’t follow your desires so that you do not go on the wrong road. And if you twist the justice, or do not do justice, indeed Allah knows very well everything you do.’
And the Holy Prophet (asws) is saying, ‘if one of you sees something wrong, let him change it with his hand. If he cannot, then let him change it with his tongue. If he cannot, then let him change it with his heart, but this is the weakest of faith. There is no part of faith behind that. Other than that there is no faith, not even so much as a mustard seed.’
And our Sheykh, SahibulSaif is saying: The Holy Prophet (asws) is saying, “my nation is going to reach to a time that they are not going to be able to change it with their hand. And they are not going to be able to change it with their tongue. Change it with your heart. Say, ‘Ya Rabbi, I’m running away from the wrong these wrong action. Although I am watching and I’m seeing, but I’m not accepting. I’m not accepting these wrong actions. I’m asking You to protect me from this wrong actions. ‘That is the only thing you can do and this is the time for that.”
O Believers, we have reached to that weakest time in this ummat where we cannot change anything with our hands or out tongue. So what we must do is to make sure that our heart is correct. What is in our heart? Do we have tolerance for the evil that is happening in this dunya? Do we have tolerance for the oppression, for the cruelty, for the tyranny, for the anarchy, for the perversion that this dunya is sinking in? If so then know that the Holy Prophet (asws) is saying, we don’t even have a mustard seed of faith. We must fix our hearts, in this ahir zaman, in this last of the last days. We must run to find safety. And the only safety is to be in Jamaat under a rightly guided leader.
The Holy Prophet (asws) is saying, ‘in the end of times, my Ahlul Beyat, the ones from my family, they will be like the ship of Nuh (as).’ And our Sheykh SahibulSaif is saying, ‘Allah is ordering us to be jamaat, to be a group of people because blessings, rahmat and mercy is coming to a jamaat, to a group of people. And when you are weak and alone, through that jamaat you may pick up energy and you may be able to do things that you are not able and capable to do when you are alone.
O Believers, in this Eid day, I’m reminding first myself then to those who are listening, to renew our intentions to be part of the jamaat and to run to make this jamaat stronger. Do not let weakness or fitnah or division to enter. In this Eid day, we must run to ask forgiveness from each other and to forgive other people. Because this jamaat, the jamaat of SahibulSaif it has a tremendous work to do, and it has a huge mission in front of us. The Flag of SahibulSaif, the Flag of SahibulSaif it is still open. We are the nominees to carry that flag. And insya’Allah, that mission is to help to bring justice back to this world. That mission is to help the ummati Muhammad. That mission is to bring the ruling of Allah and His Prophet back on top of this Earth. That mission is to be from the ones who are going to bring back the Ottomans. That mission is to be from those ones that are going to bring back the Khilafat. That mission is to be from those ones who will be the servants of Mahdi (as), insya’Allah ar-Rahman. If we stay sincere. If we keep our passion alive in our hearts, if we obey our rightly guided leader, if we stay with the Jamaat, insya’Allah we will reach to complete that mission. We are weak ones. We are incapable of doing anything. But if Allah is supporting us, we may turn this whole world in the opposite direction.
Ya Rabbi, in this day of Eid, we are asking You to help the Ummati Muhammad. Send the one who is going to open the Flag of the Rasulullah (asws). Send Hz Mahdi (as) Ya Rabbi. Let the jamaat of SahibulSaif to be more strong Ya Rabbi. Let us to be from the ones that You are pleased with, that the Holy Prophet (asws) is pleased with, that our Sheykh is pleased with. Ya Rabbi, accept our dua. Amin. Amin. Amin.
