Question: Who are the Saints?
They are inheritors of the Prophet. There are 124,000 Prophets. At any given times, there are 124,000 living Evliayullah. Each one of them represent the maqam of one Prophet. They are not Prophets but they are representing that power, that maqam.
Allah SWT, in the last days, these are the days He has hidden, He has hidden them. Understand that meaning: He has hidden them, hiding. They are not showing themselves. Those whose hearts are sincere, even if they are across the ocean, they will find. Even if they are on top of the mountain, they are going to find. And these are the ones, always they are calling people to Allah. Calling people away from themselves, to Allah. They are the ones that Allah SWT has given power. I’m not going to get too much into it. Important thing is not to know what they are. So many are curious to know what they are, what is their maqam, and they keep wanting to find out, wanting to know, or they keep talking about the maqam, maqam, maqam of the Evliya.
Our way is different. His maqam is his business. Is it your maqam? my maqam? No. It’s his business. Our business is knowing how to connect to him and that connection is submission, and that connection it is service. It is love. That’s it. And that is enough to occupy us until judgment day. Because to have submission, it is not that easy , to have love it is not that easy, to serve it is not that easy. All these things you have to do, you have to finish yourself in order to do that. This is our business. Not how high they are. Our business is how we can serve them, how we can be in their association. Do you understand? This is our business.
You can see a beautiful, usually i’ll say painting, but let’s say you see this nature, nature is so beautiful, correct? There are people who just look at this nature and say, ‘oh, how beautiful this nature is.’ Then there are those who say, ‘this nature it has a Creator. How beautiful my Creator is.’ And there are those who say, ‘i’m not here to say how beautiful His creation or how beautiful the Creator is, i’m here to serve Him.’ And those are the ones instead of standing around and talking so nice, big words about the beauty of creation, the beauty of the Creator, that they are going and they are picking up the garbage, cleaning it up, they are clearing the land, they are taking care of everything. Do you understand? We want to be that. Not to just talking, talking….we want to be that, we see that nature, what it needs. We want to be that. It’s not that easy because the ego is saying, ‘No! Me, I want to be something. I want to be as beautiful as this nature. I want to talk about my own beauty, how I can be as beautiful as this nature. I want to know how beautiful He is because you know, if i’m natue, i’m also part of Him, so i’m part of Him.’ Do you understand?
So many people they are saying. But no, we want to be simple insyaAllah, and serve those ones that He loves. That time you are going to find some meaning. That time you are not going to be confused too much, in this age of confusion. You are not going to be confused at all. You are going to be busy with what you have to do and that is a ma’rifat in these days. That is a hidden knowledge, to know what you have to do. Understand? Al-Fatiha.
