Veiling of Sahib-ul Saif

Our Shaykh and Sultan, Sahib el-Sayf Shaykh AbdulKerim el-Kibrisi el-Rabbani, was veiled from this earthly realm on the 10th of Shaban, 1433 (June 30th, 2012). He passed from this world in the island of Cyprus and was buried in his native city, Famagusta, in a cemetery dedicated to martyrs of the Ottoman Empire.

As Sultan el-Awliya Shaykh Mawlana Muhammad Nazim Adil el-Hakkani has stated, Shaykh AbdulKerim el-Kibrisi el-Rabbani has been raised to higher stations by his Lord Allah Almighty and has joined Grandshaykh Abdullah Faiz el-Daghestani. Shaykh Mawlana Nazim el-Hakkani has said that Sahib el-Sayf Shaykh AbdulKerim el-Kibrisi el-Rabbani is behind the Holy Mountain of Qaf.

Our Shaykh has been lifted from this dunya in order to perform higher services for Our Creator and the Holy Prophet (asws). We believe that he is now preparing the world for the events that must occur before the appearance of the Sahib el-Zaman, Muhammad el-Mahdi (as).  The mission, the work, and the teachings of Sahib el-Sayf Shaykh AbdulKerim el-Kibrisi el-Rabbani are continuing. He once said to his murids on Eid al-Adha that if he were to pass away during the time of the Kurban, it would be the duty of half the murids to bury him, and half of the murids to continue the work of cutting the animals. We are continuing his mission. The activities of the Osmanli Dergah are continuing. The activities of murids from China to Peru to India to Malaysia to Cyprus are continuing. The mission of our Sultan is continuing.

Before being lifted to Higher Stations, Sahib el-Sayf Shaykh AbdulKerim el-Kibrisi el-Rabbani appointed his Wakil, Lokman Hoja Efendi, to carry on his mission in his place. This appointment has been accepted and confirmed by Sultan el-Evliya Shaykh Mawlana Muhammad Nazim Adil el-Hakkani. Sultan el-Evliya has accepted Lokman Hoja Efendi and given ijazah (permission and authorization) to the Osmanli Naksibendis to continue their mission. Inshallahur-Rahman, with the himmet of our Shaykh, we intend to continue his work and mission under the guidance of Lokman Hoja Efendi. Our aim is to be with Sahib el-Sayf Shaykh AbdulKerim el-Kibrisi el-Rabbani in the time of Mahdi (as). Selam Aleykum ve Rahmatullahi Ta’ala ve Barakatu.

Condolences from Sultanul Evliya
on the Passing of  Sahibul-Saif Sheykh Abd Kerim Effendi

As-Salamu alaikum. O Believers!

May salam/peace be upon believers, in dunya and in akhirat. There is safety for them, there is peace for them. And in the end, there is Allah Almighty’s salam. “Salamun Qaulam Min Rabbin Rahim.”  Today, a mu’min, a Muslim brother of ours who was making service in the way of Tariqat and in the way of Allah, one of our sons who devoted himself to the way of Allah was called from dunya to akhirat, and he is gone. May Paradise be his abode.

How beautiful. He is gone on such a beautiful day. He didn’t let anyone be oppressed, carried everyone’s burdens. This Holy one was like a son to us. He was a countryman, a villager. He was a young Muslim from a village which no one heard of,  or knew its name. He knew as much as he had learned. But his heart was full of faith and he was a believer, a son of ours dressed with the attribute of a Lion. One who rejected and did not accept whatever is done against Islam. May Allah grant him reward. May he reach the Holy presence of  the Prophet (asws). This is the Holy month of the Prophet (asws), Shaaban al Muazzam. He passed away in this Holy month and reached to akhirat. They welcomed him there, because in dunya, he stood out against the world of unbelief-kufr. Then, he was sent to the United States. There also he showed and revealed Islam, and declared Islam and Allah knows their numbers, he became a means/wasila for a lot of people who did not know the way to enter Islam. And he did service, aiming to keep the orders of Islam and to make them be kept by others as well. May Allah grant him His mercy.

It is not an easy thing to become a neighbor to the Prophet (asws) but we wish for him to be a neighbor to the Prophet (asws). He was a brother of mine, a son of mine who had great love, great effort and strength/courage. I am giving him my blessings and may he reach the Mercy and Intercession of the Great Prophet (asws).

Ya Rabbi, Ya Allah. May You also reward us with a good end/akhirat, O Lord. Dunya has no value. A person is shrouded and buried in a hole, leaving whatever he has gained here. O people, think on this! Leave fighting for dunya. Your akhirah is eternal. Our dunya is temporary. We are here today, gone tomorrow. Because no one can stay here. Try in this dunya to gain the pleasure of our Lord and the pleasure of His Beloved (asws). May Allah not deprive us of this and may He grant him Mercy as well. May his abode be Paradise, Jannatul Firdaus.

Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!  La illaha ilallah Allah wa Allahu Akhbar. Allahu Akbar wa lillah al Hamd. O our Lord, may You not shame us. He didn’t shame us till now, will not shame us from now on, either. May You not turn us away from Your Path, from Your Beloved’s way. May You not let us fall into bewilderment, O Lord. We have fallen into bewilderment, also fallen into such a situation. O Lord, send us a Saviour. May You send us the one who will save us from the hands of the bewildered so that we can keep Your orders. There can be no order higher than Your orders. And who declares it, is  Your Beloved, Muhammad Mustafa (asws). I send him endless salat and salam. I sent my condolences to all the Muslim World who are close to him. Not only his villagers but I send my condolences to the whole Muslim World that this believer who had such a great effort, did all he could do. And our hope is that he earned to be the neighbours to the Prophet (asws) in this Holy Month.

May Allah grant him Mercy and give us a blessed life. May we not leave his place empty, we will hold on to it. Unbelief-kufr will be destroyed and fortresses of faith will be high. Ya Rabbi, tawba ya Rabbi. Tawba ya Rabbi tawba Astarghfirullah.

“Lokman should take over. My permission is with him. My acceptance is for him. I am giving this with the command of Grandshaykh Abdullah. He should make Shaykh Abdulkerim’s way to continue”

O Believers! Our Sheykh, Sahib el-Sayf is mentioning in his sohbet, teaching us, ‘There was a time once when Holy Prophet (asws) was old and tired and he was coming from a war. All his clothes were in dust, he entered into his mesjid and he prayed two rakats. He seemed very tired. He was getting old. Hazrat Fatima (ra) ran to him and said, “Oh my father, when is this suffering that you are going through going to end?”

He said, “Oh Fatima, do you see that sun?”

She said, “Yes, my father.”

He said, “The light of Islam is like that sun. If it’s not entering into every house in this world then my suffering is not going to end.” And he said, “I am not going to live that long but I am going to have inheritors living in this world. They are going to carry this message to different parts of the world and they are going to bring Islam to different houses in this world.’

O Believers. O Murids! We have been blessed to be under the jubba of one of those inheritors. Our Sheykh, Sahib el-Sayf Sheykh Abdul Kerim el-Kibrisi el-Rabbani Hazretleri is one of those inheritors of the Holy Prophet (asws). He is one of the biggest inheritors of the Prophet (asws) in these days who is carrying the Light of Islam to every house in this world. We are the nominees to help him in that mission. We are the nominees to be from those who are helping in the mission of the Rasulallah (asws). The breath of life is given to us right now, that chance is given to us right now. We must ask ourselves: Are we going to be the helpers? Are we going to be from those ones who are helping in the mission of our Sheykh? We can make millions of salawat and organize huge Mawlids, there is no benefit to that if we are not continuing the Mission of Rasulallah (asws) under the flag of one of his Representatives. We have that opportunity. May we not waste it.

And the blessing of being from those who carry the mission of Holy Prophet (asws), it is indescribable. One time, Holy Prophet (asws) was sitting with the Sahaba-e-Kiram when tears filled up his eyes. He was crying, and the Sahaba e-Kiram looked at him and they started to cry. And the asked him, ‘Ya Rasulullah, tell us, may our parents be sacrifided for you. Why are you crying?’ The Prophet (asws) said, ‘I wish I could see my brothers coming toward me to the Pond, the pond of Kawthar, so that I could welcome them with bowls filled with sweet sherbet. Before entering Paradise, I want to offer them from my River of Kawthar.’ And the Sahaba asked, ‘Ya Rasulallah, aren’t we your brothers?’  And he said, Sal’Allahu Alayhi wa Sallam, ‘You are my companions. My brothers are the believers who believe in me without seeing me. Surely, I ask of my Lord to illuminate my eyes with you and the believers who believe without seeing me.’

O Believers! We are in the company of one of the Friends of Allah, the Friend of the Prophet, that Holy Prophet (asws) is crying and wishing to see him. We should hold on fast to him, Our Sheykh, we should never let go. Insha’Allah, then, we will be taken with him, this life and the next. Amin.
