How do we know what we are used for?

Question: How do we know what we are used for?

When you go to and when you accept and submit to a master, you submit to a master and you understand you are a tool, then that time you’ll know what you are being used for. That means that you will understand that you are just a tool in the hand of this master. But until you meet someone like that, you are just going to go through every day as a routine, every day the purpose is going to be very small, and one day you are going to wake up and you are going to say, what is the purpose of life? Is it just for me to get up, to go to work like a robot, to come home and watch TV and die? Hmm? That means  you have not understood the reason of your creation. If you have not understood the reason of your creation, how are you going to know what are you being used for?

If you start to understand, you start searching, why am I created? Who created me? What is the purpose of my creation? Then you are going to find those ones that Allah is saying: Look, if you have questions, consult. With who? The Ahle Zikr.

You have questions: I don’t know what I’m being used for, I don’t know why I was created but I’m looking, I want to find out, then you are going to find the Ahle Zikr. You are going to find that one, friend of Allah. That friend of Allah, he has that key. He has that secret. He knows why you have been created and how you are going to be able to use the reason of your creation properly and what is stopping you from pursuing that reason and if you take a detour, where are you going to end up in? This is not ilmu ghaib. This is not. Maybe ten, twenty, let’s say twenty years ago when satellite directional system was very rare and most people don’t know GPS so much, if somebody has a car that shows them exactly where they are, and a voice telling them move right, move left, be careful of this, that person is going to say this is ghaib, this is unknown. It is unknown to the person who does  not have that technology. But for a person who has that technology, it is not ghaib anymore. And Allah swt, He is the revealer. He will remove as many veils as you have if your desire is just to move, and to be with Allah. If your desire is to your ego and to this dunya, more veils is going to come so fast, sealing your heart from Him.

So be with someone. Be with someone. We have our Sheykh, Alhamdulillah. He is our Sheykh and he is the Sheykh for the whole world. And Allah swt, He has removed him by himself. Not the Angel of Death, because he passed as a Syahid. And a Syahid, he is also a what? What is the other meaning of a Syahid? A witness. A witness and he witness. So be with those ones who witness, who witness you, who knows you better than you know yourself. That time he will guide. But don’t be stubborn. Don’t be arrogant. If you do that, you can be living in  the same house, eating his food, not too much benefit is going to happen to you.

May Allah reunite us soon with him, insya’Allah. We are remembering him on this holy day, may his hands always be on us, to guide us. We are declaring to our Lord and to our Prophet and to him, that we are weak ones, make us to become strong. That we are insincere one, make us to become more sincere. That we are the ones who are in ghaflat and in laziness, make us to run and to be more awake in their service. For the sake of this holy days and night, for the sake of the Prophet (asws) and his family and his companions and all the Prophet and all the saints, for the sake of SahibulSaif. Al-Fatiha
